This is a wonderful opportunity to study with Master Franco Mescola who is coming to the U.K. to present this weekend workshop. 24/25 November 2012
He founded the T'ai Chi Research centre (1985) in his native Venice to investigate the disciplines that work with the development of life energy and the improvement of health. He worked in hospitals researching the effects and written several articles and books.
The Dynamic Biosiral Method of Chi Kung (Qi Gong) joins and harmonises information from Weston scientific methods and Eastern knowledge.
The weekend will cover:
" Embryo and 3 membranes breathing
" Preparatory set (creating the primary axis and sensing electromagnetic fields)
" 1st and 2nd Biospirals sets.
" A short form using the concepts of spirals
" How this knowledge can be applied to many exercise systems.
Healing,
Hard and soft martial arts,
Enhance the health and sensitivity of the practitioner.
" T'ai Chi Mandala analysis and still mediation.
