Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a set of exercises that any one can learn and practice to enhance there own energy levels. This energy work will help to synchronize your breathing with your movements. This practice in time becomes very smooth, I consider this to be a moving meditation.
With regular practice it allows you to have more energy, better concentration, and helps to prevent illness. The purpose of practising Qi Gong is to restore and build up your vitality by enhancing your Qi.
